Insurance Information

At Kel Health & Wellness, we accept most major insurance plans. Here is a list of some of the plans we accept. At Kel Health & Wellness we are currently accepting Medicare insurances and private insurances or self-pay. Please contact one of our offices if you do not see your insurance provider listed. Service coverage varies by insurance plan.
